We are recruiting on behalf of a successful estate agency and financial services group in Portsmouth who are seeking an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor. The role offers access to a strong flow of leads generated internally, supporting consistent business opportunities. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Advise clients on mortgage and protection products tailored to their needs Manage and convert warm leads generated by the sales team Conduct client consultations and fact-finding to assess financial requirements Recommend suitable mortgage and insurance solutions Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards Cross-sell protection products to maximise revenue opportunities Work towards and exceed sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams Keep up to date with market trends, products, and regulatory changes What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification Current Competent Advisor Status (CAS) Experience using mortgage-specific software Strong sales ability with experience in cross-selling products Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional and well-presented approach Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Full UK driving licence What’s In It For You?
