Reeds Rains Branch in Selby are looking to recruit a new Negotiator to join the team on a full time, permanent basis. This branch is part of National Home Move who are a netw ork of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England. As a negotiator you will: Register Customers and carry out property matches for Sales and Lettings properties. Generate and conduct property viewings. Negotiate offers between all parties. Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance) Display excellent customer service at all times. Industry experience is required In return we offer: On Target Earning (OTE) Pay circa £24,000 plus per annum 6 months guaranteed commission pay. 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota.
