Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing customers with an exceptional shopping experience. The role involves accurate transaction processing, monitoring self-checkout orders, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and communicating regularly with the Customer Service Manager regarding customer interactions, asset protection, and equipment. The Specialist also provides product knowledge and expertise to customers.
