Programme Manager – Salary circa £75,000

About the role:
In this role, you'll ensure transformation programs are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will manage resources across projects for optimal use, communicate progress effectively to stakeholders, and foster collaboration by encouraging open communication and teamwork. You will also ensure strategic alignment of projects within the wider business strategy, while managing risks and issues appropriately.
Skills and experience required:
* Experience in Finance is desirable
* Professional qualifications – Prince2 / APM / PMI are desirable
* Proven ability to leverage Agile methodologies for efficient project delivery, budgeting, and financial alignment
* Strong senior stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Experience in fostering collaboration and teamwork to achieve strategic goals

* Starting salary: Circa £75,000 (dependent on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
