Responsibilities:
* Support all Group IT infrastructure, security, and associated applications.
* Support network and communications systems, including Cisco network infrastructure (CCNA/CCNP ).
* Design and implement factory and site infrastructure.
* Collaborate with our Security team to provide technical assistance for Security implementations and Operations.
* Manage Windows Server environments both on-premises and in Azure.
* Maintain backups across large, multi-site IT infrastructures and the cloud.
* Manage operations across a combination of on-premises, hybrid, cloud, and multi-cloud infrastructures.
* Maintain a complex network of Active Directories and Azure AD.
* Provide advanced support to our valued customers and team members.
Essential Experience and Skills:
* 5+ years of experience in a similar senior Infrastructure role.
* Support of all network and communications systems, including Cisco network infrastructure (CCNA/CCNP ).
* Delivery and operations of cybersecurity systems, including EDR, SIEM, patching, email security, web proxies, and firewalls.
* Windows Server and Hyper-V experience.
* Experience with IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS platforms. Microsoft Certifications for Cloud Engineering and Azure are a plus.
