Volsec Healthcare are looking for an organised and motivated Care Coordinator to join their growing team, supporting both domiciliary care and supported living services.
You will be working alongside another Care Coordinator in the office based: SS2 6BB
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating and managing staff rotas to ensure safe, effective care delivery
* Matching carers to service users based on needs, availability, and skills
* Responding to changes, emergencies, and last-minute cover requirements
* Liaising with care staff, service users, families, and management
* Ensuring continuity of care and high-quality service standards
* Supporting compliance with company policies and CQC requirements
Essential Requirements:
* Previous experience in rota management within health or social care
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Confidence using scheduling systems and basic IT skills
Shifts:
Part time position only, around 20 hours per week
Monday to Friday - 10am to 2pm (open to hear requirements)
Must be happy to be on call once a month
