About the role
Specsavers in Gravesend, a highly successful store with a great reputation for staff progression and the very highest standards of customer care, is looking for an experienced Optometrist to join our team. The focus at this store is on pulling together and working as a team to ensure that our valued patients have an excellent experience. We’re fully equipped with 7 test rooms, the latest clinical technology (including 2 OCTs), and a team of 45 – including fully trained optical assistants, dispensing opticians, and a contact lens optician – so everything is in place to let you focus on what you do best.
Our location
We’re located in the maritime town of Gravesend – perfect for people who want to be based close to the hustle and bustle of London while still enjoying the beautiful countryside and historic villages that Kent has to offer. Gravesend is set just off both the M2 and M25, so it is easy to get to by car, and it is well connected by regular trains and buses. You can also benefit from a short commute to beautiful areas such as Folkestone, only 48 minutes by train.
