Key Responsibilities of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer:
* General property repairs: fencing, ground works, door/frame/lock fixes, ceiling/floor tile repairs
* Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
* Plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, and bathroom fitting
* Fire door maintenance and repairs
* On-site material procurement and job documentation
* Providing top-tier customer service and taking pride in every job
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 4 years’ experience across at least 3 of the following trades: plumbing, painting & decorating, tiling, joinery, plastering, carpentry, bathroom fitting, flooring
* Clean UK driving licence
* Own tools & a strong work ethic
* Flexibility for overtime or occasional out-of-hours work
* Great team player with attention to detail
* Experience using PDA/handheld tech (preferred)
* Understanding of Health & Safety best practices
