The School and the Role
Vision for Education are recruiting on behalf of a successful Primary School in the Anfield area, Liverpool, who are looking to appoint a dedicated and proactive Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one support for a child in Year 3, who has complex needs. As their designated Teaching Assistant, it will be your responsibility to support the child on a one-one basis, working full-time Monday to Friday.
You will have access to support and training from the school, as well as a range of impressive school resources. In-line with the child's EHCP, you'll play a crucial role in removing the students' barriers to learning and supporting them to achieve their full potential. You will be working closely with the SENDCo and outside agencies to enable the student to progress through the curriculum, so strong communication skills will be essential to the role. This role will be starting at the beginning of the next academic year in September 2025 and will be ongoing.

Requirements
The desired Teaching Assistant will have;
* A passion for working with Primary aged children
* A positive and creative approach to behaviour and confidence building
* An ability to adapt and support SEND children
* Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
