C15 Studio is a sports-dedicated TV network that powers premium Free Ad. Funded Streaming TV (FAST) channels in partnership with leading global sports properties. Our boutique studio is responsible for the creation, management, distribution & monetisation of FAST channels globally on behalf of some of the biggest sports organisations in the world including Formula 1, MotoGP and DP World Tour.
Reporting to: Head of Marketing
Role Overview: This is a hands-on role for a graphic designer who wants to work at the intersection of sport and media.
You’ll produce standout creative that will be seen by millions of fans across our global distribution footprint. From on-screen graphics to digital marketing campaigns, helping drive awareness for programming and fuelling audience acquisition across our network.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design high-impact on-platform digital assets, including banners and campaign creative that meet channel and platform specific guidelines, while accomplishing marketing objectives
* Produce content for B2B comms., including email banners and newsletters
* Adapt creative for different audiences, territories and platforms
* Contribute to channel branding, on-air graphics, and programme-related creative
* Manage multiple briefs and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
* Work with the Senior Graphic Designer to maintain and evolve creative standards
* Stay ahead of design trends and uphold creative excellence across all work, demonstrating a strong visual style, design sensibility and attention to detail
* Ensure all output is on brand for both C15 Studio and our partners
* Undertake any other reasonable duties required to support the Marketing Department and wider business objectives
Experience required:
* A strong portfolio that shows creative thinking and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
* Solid grounding in layout, typography, and visual storytelling
* Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
* Comfortable taking direction, responding to feedback, and contributing ideas
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects
* A team player with a proactive mindset
* Genuine interest in sport and sports media
* Relevant qualification preferred
