Job Title: Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist
Banding: Flexible (Band 5–7, depending on experience)
Salary: £35,000 - £55,000
Location: Various sites across schools, community settings, and individual clients

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver tailored assessments and interventions to children and young people with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
* Work collaboratively within school environments, community clinics, and home settings
* Contribute to EHCP development and provide support during school transitions
* Engage with families, educators, and professionals across multidisciplinary teams
* Maintain clear documentation and support ongoing service refinement
Requirements
* HCPC registration and a recognised qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
* Paediatric experience in school, clinical, or community-based settings
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
* A flexible, child-centred approach and a commitment to collaborative working
