We're looking for a Senior Event Manager to join a dynamic and ambitious events team. The Role:
As Senior Event Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our events operation—leading a talented team, collaborating with clients and venues, and delivering flawless experiences across gala dinners, brand activations, private events and corporate functions.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who brings energy, creativity and a cool head under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Execution
* Oversee multiple mid to large-scale events weekly
* Create detailed event sheets, pack lists, and logistics plans
* Liaise closely with Sales & Ops teams for smooth handovers
* Attend events to ensure high standards—or prepare the team if you’re not on-site
* Champion sustainable practices across planning and execution
Client Relationships
* Build long-term partnerships with clients and venues
* Drive repeat business by offering genuine, thoughtful service
* Gather and act on post-event feedback
* Coordinate venue information and ensure team preparedness
* Manage, inspire, and support a growing team of Event Managers
* Onboard and train new team members alongside Ops
* Lead with empathy and structure—providing regular, constructive feedback
* Help develop and refine systems and processes
* Ensure profitability targets are met across all events
* Work closely with suppliers for best rates
* Analyse post-event financials and implement improvements
Who You Are:
* Experienced: 2+ years in premium event catering
* Client-savvy: Confident working with high-net-worth individuals and global brands
