About the Role:
As a Recruiter at PRS Recruitment, you will develop and maintain client relationships in the Facilities Engineering sector, supporting both new and existing clients with staffing solutions. You will work with a variety of organizations, from global corporations to SMEs, providing personalized services based on our extensive industry insight.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage client relationships, driving new business growth with support from the London Resourcing team.
* Respond promptly to urgent recruitment needs, demonstrating quick thinking.
* Work effectively in a fast-paced, structured environment.
* Proactively identify and anticipate recruitment needs.
* Collaborate effectively within a team and demonstrate commitment.
* Leverage past experience to improve performance; experience in Facilities Management, Support/Engineering, or Hospitality is advantageous.
* Ambitiously pursue career growth and impact in recruitment.
* Work flexibly to meet client and market expectations.
Required Skills:
* Build trusted relationships with clients and candidates.
* Expand and diversify the client portfolio proactively.
* Maintain regular communication throughout the recruitment process.
* Utilize sourcing methods like CRM, job boards, and social media.
* Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle with support from the team.

* Consistently meet or exceed targets.
* Communicate effectively with clients and candidates.
Compensation:
* Salary range: £30,000 - £40,000, with uncapped commission.
* Quarterly and annual incentives.
