The Role As a Heat Pump Engineer / Installer, you’ll be responsible for the installation and commissioning of air source heat pump systems in a mix of private homes and social housing properties. Work will be both standalone and as part of a wider delivery team on funded programmes. Key Responsibilities Installation of air source heat pump systems (ASHP), including full system upgrades Working on retrofit projects within occupied and void properties Commissioning systems and ensuring optimal performance Maintaining high standards of health & safety and customer care What We’re Looking For Proven experience installing heat pumps (ASHP essential, GSHP desirable) Relevant plumbing & heating qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent) Experience working in domestic properties (social housing experience a plus) Strong understanding of heating systems and controls Full UK driving licence
