German-Speaking Senior Account Director / Account Director (Digital, EMEA) - London-based independent creative agency Key Responsibilities: Act as day-to-day client lead for EMEA region, particularly Germany (Munich or Berlin) and Dubai. Build and manage client relationships, ensuring high-quality delivery across digital, social, and brand campaigns. Work closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to launch and manage through-the-line campaigns. Liaise with client-side teams in the UK, Germany, and Dubai (German language proficiency required). Support development of creative platforms, digital marketing, CRM strategy (not execution), and event/brand experience initiatives. Coordinate flexible, hybrid working—London-based preferred, but open to hybrid/remote with regular travel. Ideal Candidate: Fluent German and English (written and spoken). Proven experience in account management for digital, social, and integrated campaigns across EMEA. Background in creative, digital, or brand experience agencies preferred. Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and ‘Swiss army knife’/multi-skilled approach. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable working in agile, growing agency environments. Available to start quickly for an initial contract/freelance period (with view to perm if successful). Location: London/hybrid/remote Remuneration: Competitive day rate, open to level and experience.
