Salary: £42,648 – £63,978 + on-call allowance
Contract: Fixed Term | Hours: Full-time (36 hrs)

What You’ll Do

Act as the 3rd line escalation point for technical issues

Lead recovery during critical incidents
*
Investigate root causes and document fixes
*
Maintain, monitor and optimise ICT systems
*
Communicate clearly with stakeholders
*
Contribute to strategic improvements and new system implementations

Strong background in ICT support
*
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Customer-focused with a proactive, solution-driven mindset

Able to work collaboratively and take initiative
