Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Student Counsellor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of international education systems, a genuine interest in student welfare, and the ability to provide tailored guidance to students and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive counselling to students and parents about overseas education opportunities, courses, institutions, and application processes.
2. Understand the individual needs and aspirations of students and recommend suitable study pathways.
3. Assist students with application processes, including document preparation, visa applications, and pre-departure briefings.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global education trends, visa regulations, and institution requirements.
5. Organize and participate in education fairs, seminars, and workshops.
6. Collaborate with our partner institutions to ensure smooth admission processes for our students.
7. Maintain accurate student records and provide regular updates to management.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Counselling, Education, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in student counselling or overseas education consultancy.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
