The Role
As a Service Delivery Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of IT and software services to Pentagon Solutions' clients. You will lead a team of 6 service professionals and oversee the daily operations of the service delivery function.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and mentor a team of 6 service delivery staff.
* Ensure high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of services.
* Monitor performance metrics, SLAs, and KPIs to continuously improve service.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance service efficiency and quality.
* Act as the primary escalation point for service-related issues.
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager or similar role.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
* Background in delivering services for a software or tech company is a significant advantage.
