About the Head of Sales - Bridging Finance Role As Head of Sales, you will be the driving force behind the company’s sales strategy. Your mission: increase monthly lending volumes, strengthen broker relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team to exceed ambitious targets. This is a leadership role with strategic influence, but also requires a hands-on approach to ensure delivery. Head of Sales - Bridging Finance: Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow lending volumes Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Build and nurture broker relationships, converting one-off deals into repeat business. Collaborate with senior management on marketing, CRM, and process improvements. Drive broker acquisition and retention strategies, targeting key introducers and networks. Ensure compliance and best practice across all sales activities.
