My client is looking for an International Payroll & Benefits Analyst to join its London team. This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, global environment, supporting payroll and benefits operations across multiple international regions.
About the role:
* Manage monthly payroll processes for UK and international offices, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Administer pension schemes and maintain statutory reconciliations.
* Support employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and supplementary benefits across EMEA.
* Coordinate benefits enrolment, invoice reconciliation, and mandatory health assessments.
* Provide immigration support including visa status updates, right-to-work checks, and compliance reporting.
