We are seeking Czech-speaking professionals to join our teams in Lisbon, Portugal. Two roles are available, both with accommodation included in the contract. No experience required!
Role 1: Customer Service Representative (Czech + English)
* Location: Lisbon (on-site)
* Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00 (rotating shifts)
* Days Off: 2 rotating days per week
* Note: Schedule may later change to 24/7 rotating shifts
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of e-commerce products and services
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Empathy and rational decision-making
* Ability to manage high contact volumes during peak periods
Role 2: Content Moderator (Czech + English)
* Location: Lisbon (on-site)
* Working Hours: 24/7 – Monday to Sunday (rotating shifts)
* Days Off: 2 rotating days per week
Requirements:
* Strong moderation and decision-making skills
* Knowledge of e-commerce environments
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Ability to manage peak queue volumes during promotional periods
Salary & Benefits (both roles)
* Base salary: 920€ x 14 months
* Performance bonus: 45€ x 11 months
* Meal allowance
* Night & weekend shift bonuses
* 1,500€ signing bonus
* Accommodation included (private room arranged by the company)
