Role Purpose
As a key member of our field sales team, you will be responsible for developing and activating end-user demand for industry-leading safety footwear. Through direct engagement, hands-on product demonstrations, and strategic lead generation, you’ll help boost distributor sales and enhance visibility across key sectors.
What You’ll Do
🔹 End-User Relationship Development
* Build strong relationships with safety officers, site managers, and facilities teams.
* Deliver impactful on-site demos, roadshows, webinars, and technical briefings.
🔹 Market Education & Value Promotion
* Organise and lead educational events that highlight technical features such as slip-resistance and durability.
* Capture and share compelling real-world success stories and case studies.
🔹 Lead Generation & Sales Enablement
* Generate and qualify high-quality end-user leads and work closely with the distributor network to convert them into sales.
* Gather customer feedback and share valuable insights with the Sales Team Lead.
🔹 Brand Representation
* Represent brand at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and sector events—strengthening our presence and reputation.
