My client in the Midlands is looking for a DFG Admin Support Officer to assist the Housing Adaptations Team during a busy period of increased referrals and service demand. The contract will initially be for 6 months, with the potential to extend or go permanent depending on internal restructuring and funding availability. They are looking for someone with experience in: Supporting Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) applications Coordinating with Occupational Therapists, contractors, and housing officers Managing case files, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records Providing excellent customer service to vulnerable residents and their families Understanding of housing legislation and DFG policy frameworks You'll be expected to work 37 hours per week, with flexibility around remote working and occasional site visits to support feasibility assessments or contractor monitoring. Experience in private sector housing or housing adaptations is essential. Familiarity with the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 and HHSRS would be highly advantageous.
