About the RoleCompass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with a valued client to recruit a Clinical Deputy Manager for a well-performing elderly nursing home near Southall.The home provides nursing, dementia, and residential care, and is seeking a clinically strong, hands-on leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to elderly residents. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead looking to join a stable, supportive service with a strong clinical focus.You will work closely with the Home Manager, leading clinical practice, supporting staff development, and ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strong clinical leadership across the homeSupport and mentor nursing and care teamsEnsure excellent standards of elderly and dementia careWork collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamSupport clinical governance, audits, and compliance
RequirementsRegistered Nurse with an active NMC PIN (RGN or RMN)Minimum 2 years' experience as a Deputy Manager or Clinical LeadPrevious nursing home experience essentialStrong background in elderly and dementia nursingExcellent leadership, communication, and clinical skillsGenuine passion for elderly care

Location & CommutabilityThe home is based near Southall and is easily commutable from Ealing, Hayes, Uxbridge, Hounslow, Greenford, Harrow, Wembley, Brentford, and Slough.
