Overview
Senior Service Designer with a proven track record of delivering complex end to end digital design projects for public sector clients that align with GDS standards is sought by a market leading digital innovation company.
This Senior Service Designer will join a team of multidisciplinary digital professionals who are entering an exciting phase of growth, affording great day to day variety in an autonomous forward-thinking environment. The role involves applying UX design and user research to energise existing projects and act as a key stakeholder working closely with the development team to shape a cohesive development and design strategy for upcoming product releases.
This role would suit a Designer with at least three years of commercial experience using (url removed) service standards who is looking for a step up into a role with global impact and extensive progression opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to and shape the design strategy for upcoming product releases, working closely with the development team.
* Apply background in UX design and user research to add energy and direction to existing projects.
* Act as a key stakeholder to ensure alignment between design, development and product teams.
* Deliver complex end to end digital design projects for public sector initiatives in line with GDS standards.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience working with (url removed) service standard.
* Experience delivering complex end to end digital design projects within the public sector.
* Strong user research skills and a background in UX design.
* Experience working on B2B applications.
* Passion for working in a scrum-driven, agile team.
* Solid understanding of UX best practice and awareness of current design trends.
* Stakeholder management experience.
