Job role
This position involves first-line support for hardware and software issues within a Windows environment, including on-site installation, support, and remote assistance from the office. You will provide desktop and network support to approximately 450 users across 23 UK locations.
Daily tasks include:
* Desktop support via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
* Installation of company software such as Wareflow, SAP, MS Office, and design software
* Setting up new users and PCs
* MS Windows Server administration including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
* Backup administration
* SAP administration, account management, and helpdesk logging
* Hardware repair and replacement of PCs, peripherals, mobile phones, tablets, and printers
* Liaising with external suppliers for CCTV, email systems, design software, and third-party IT services
* Coordination with internal departments for CRM, SAP, Wareflow, and design software
* Telephony administration
* Configuring company mobiles and handheld devices
* Managing network infrastructure, firewalls, and internet connections
* Handling antivirus, iPads, and video conference systems support

Working pattern
