Agricultural Engineer
Location: Southam
Salary From: £35,000 OTE £65,000

The Role
Join a hands-on team servicing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of agricultural and groundcare equipment, including compact tractors, UTVs, ATVs, and grass care machinery.
You’ll:
* Diagnose faults and complete repairs to manufacturer standards
* Keep accurate records while ensuring all work meets safety and compliance requirement
* Assist customers with machinery installations and demonstration
* Work closely with service and workshop managers to meet deadline
* Travel to customer sites in the surrounding area for field-based service (full driving licence required)
What I’m Looking For
* Level 3 qualification in Land-Based Engineering (or equivalent in HGV, Plant, or Construction)
* Experience with groundcare and/or agricultural equipment
* Strong communication skills for working with customers and colleagues
* Willingness to undertake ongoing training, including specialist manufacturer courses
* Reliability under pressure and ability to meet deadlines in variable conditions
* Flexibility to work overtime during seasonal peaks
