Ready to take on a high‑impact commercial role within a major UK infrastructure provider? We're looking for a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our Capital Programme - Asset Portfolio Plan team, supporting long‑term contracts that help shape the energy network of the future.
🔧 What You'll Do
* Lead commercial management across a portfolio of construction projects
* Support contract set‑up, pricing, change control and dispute resolution
* Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Designers, Planners, and external partners
* Prepare tender documentation, analyse bids and provide commercial insightAssess contractor applications, manage CE / EWN processes, and issue payment certificates
* Produce high‑quality reports and maintain project risk and cost schedules
* Advise teams on NEC3 contract application and compliance
🎯 What You'll Bring
* Strong experience in quantity surveying with complex, high‑value contracts
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SAP
* Clear, confident communication and relationship‑building skills
* Membership of RICS / CIOB / ICES (advantageous)
* IOSH certificate is a bonus (training available)
