DRIVER’S MATE
LOCATION: Coatbridge, North Lanarkshire
SHIFT: Monday to Friday (no weekends) SHIFT TIMES: Start times will be either 06:00 or 13:00, depending on client orders
PAY RATE: £12.21 per hour
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Driver’s Mate to join our well-established client based in Coatbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity offering consistent weekday work, excellent rates of pay, and the chance to develop within a supportive team.

Your Role:
* Work alongside a driver as part of a two-person delivery team
* Deliver heavy goods such as furniture to customers’ homes from the Coatbridge warehouse
* Place items in the customer’s room of choice
* Assist in the warehouse when required
What We are Looking For:
* Must be physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
* Previous experience in a similar delivery role — particularly with heavy goods — is highly desirable
* Good customer service skills and a positive attitude
Training Provided:
* Manual handling training included
* You’ll be partnered with an experienced team member for your initial shifts
* Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
