Are you an experienced Infusion Pharmacist seeking an exciting management opportunity? Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington DC, part of Johns Hopkins Medicine, offers a distinguished history of community service since 1890. As a full-service, not-for-profit hospital, Sibley provides medical, surgical, intensive care, obstetric, oncology, orthopedic, and skilled nursing inpatient services, along with a 24-hour Emergency Department. The campus also hosts Grand Oaks assisted living, physician offices, and ambulatory surgery and imaging centers.

Responsibilities
* Oversee pharmacy operations including scheduling, personnel management, medication procurement, sterile and non-sterile compounding, and workflow coordination.
* Participate in quality assurance, serve on hospital committees, and support departmental projects.
* Collaborate with leadership and informatics teams to develop and implement pharmacy services for patient care.
* Manage sterile compounding and hazardous drug programs to ensure compliance with standards (TJC, CMS, USP 797/800).
* Lead staffing, recruitment, training, and development of pharmacy staff.
Minimum Qualifications
* PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college.
* Active District of Columbia pharmacist license.
* Completion of an ASHP-accredited residency or equivalent experience.
* Advanced managerial training (MS, MBA, MPH, or similar).
* At least two years of hospital pharmacy practice.
* Preferred: two years of supervisory experience.
Details
Shift: Full-Time, Day Shift
Salary Range: $62.07 - $108.59 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
