We are looking to recruit a self motivated, experienced and ambitious Catering Officer to join our team at Verwood Hub. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our catering operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality. You will be able to shape and develop the Cafe/Bar at the Verwood Hub and Potterne Park, you will need to be proactive in developing both sites with being innovative with what the cafe/bar can offer by improving, developing the menu and a functions programme. You will need to be able to develop positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences. You will need strong leadership skills, a recognised catering qualification, experience in the catering profession with a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
