* Salary: £30,518 - £32,061 per annum
* Hours: 37 hours per week
* Contract: Annualised, as soon as possible

Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact to producers, promoters and agents, guiding their visit to our venues
* Demonstrate a can-do attitude, work to tight deadlines and be a strong communicator
* Manage a varied workload throughout the year with some flexibility in working patterns
* Apply technical knowledge across sound, lighting, rigging and staging; interpret technical riders, specifications and CAD drawings and adapt them for our venue
* Forward plan and think creatively to deliver effective event delivery
* Lead and coordinate technicians, casuals and agency crew; exhibit strong verbal, written and IT skills
* Maintain a strong Health and Safety ethos to operate in a safe environment
* Deliver results in a fast-moving arts environment with a proactive and professional work ethic
Qualifications and skills
* A-level standard or equivalent experience in a technical-related profession
* Good leadership, organizational and time-management skills
* Strong IT literacy and ability to interpret technical plans and documentation
Team and environment
The team includes technicians and casuals supported by agency crew; effective leadership and clear communication are essential.
