🔑 Key Responsibilities
* Lead and execute office acquisitions and disposals for owners and occupiers across the South West.
* Deliver high-level strategic advice to institutional clients and major stakeholders.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the agency pipeline.
* Collaborate with other departments to enhance cross-service revenue streams.
* Provide market intelligence and insights to clients, colleagues, and partners.
* Build long-term client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
👤 What We're Looking For
* MRICS-qualified with at least 5+ years post-qualification experience in office agency.
* Proven track record of delivering high-value office transactions.
* Strong leadership mindset with the ability to influence and inspire.
* Commercially astute, innovative, and results-driven.
* Excellent communicator and team player with strong time management skills.
* A business-winning mentality and a passion for client service.
