Exhibition Project Manager, £Neg. Applications are welcomed from candidates with an Exhibition Project Management background – ideally bespoke/custom design and build. Overview: • Manage/oversee and assist with all relevant duties pre, on-site and post exhibition installation. • Prepare and maintain accurate project plans and schedules, acting appropriately should the activity change. • Create and deliver the relevant crew documentation in conjunction with assigned projects. • Liaising with internal departments to ensure all elements of the project are on schedule, within budget and delivered to a high standard. • Communicating with show organisers in all aspects of event planning and organisation. • Build and maintain relationships with existing contractors and suppliers. • Produce all relevant Health & Safety documentations and ensure all submission deadlines are met. • General project admin including placing service orders, raising PO’s and keeping all internal systems updated. • Create and manage all international custom documents for export and imports of non-perishable goods. • Attending client shows during build/breakdown - UK and Overseas to ensure everything runs according to plan. Requirements • Project Management/Coordination experience is vital • Experience of working within the exhibition industry or allied market sector is preferred. • Competent in Microsoft Office Software • Interpersonal and communication skills • Analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work under pressure • Knowledge of Auto-CAD (desirable but not essential) • Confident in travelling alone or as part of a team • Valid passport and driving licence • You must be presently living in the United Kingdom, with full leave to remain.
