We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to become part of our dedicated team. This role is pivotal in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and flourish through play and structured activities.

What You’ll Do
* Provide attentive care and supervision for children in a vibrant nursery setting.
* Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support learning and development.
* Assist in implementing educational programmes alongside senior nursery staff.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised space for exploration and creativity.
* Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster collaboration.
* Observe, record, and report on children’s progress and behaviour.
* Support daily routines, including meal times, naps, and play sessions.
* Build positive relationships that encourage social and emotional development.

What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting.
* Relevant qualifications in early childhood education (advantageous).
* Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
* Leadership qualities to guide assistants or volunteers when needed.
* A genuine love for working with young children, demonstrating patience and empathy.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
