About the role
As an Information, Advice & Guidance Adviser, you will deliver high-quality, client-focused information, advice, and guidance across a range of areas, including welfare benefits, debt, housing, consumer rights, energy, budgeting, and related support.
You will work through a multi-channel approach – including face-to-face meetings, telephone, email, online chat, and video appointments – ensuring clients receive the right help, in the right way, at the right time.
Your role will include:
1. Listening carefully to understand client needs and priorities.
2. Providing clear, tailored advice and practical support.
3. Acting on behalf of clients where necessary, including referrals to specialist agencies.
4. Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative team that values learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.
This role is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure endorsed by the Disclosure and Barring Service.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
5. Empathetic and approachable, with excellent listening and communication skills.
6. Experienced in providing information, advice, and guidance (experience in welfare rights, housing, or debt advice is desirable).
7. Organised and proactive, able to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.

9. Adaptable, with a willingness to travel and work flexibly to meet client needs.
