Job Description
My client is expanding their successful sales team to keep pace with strong growth and increasing demand. We are seeking a salesperson who will spend approximately 75% of their time focused on hunting new business and developing new opportunities in the temperature-controlled packaging space.
This role is designed for a proactive, driven commercial professional who excels in identifying new opportunities, building pipelines, and converting prospects into long-term customers. You will leverage a combination of self-generated prospecting and high-quality inbound leads to drive revenue across key geographies and customer segments. The role requires independence, but collaboration with the broader sales team is essential for achieving targets and reporting.
Ideal Profile
* Proven experience in sales within the temperature-controlled packaging or cold-chain logistics industry.
* Background with a competitor or as a customer of similar services is highly preferred.
* Experience selling to large global or European pharmaceutical/life science customers.
* Strong ability to generate and convert new business leads.
* Self-sufficient, highly motivated, and able to operate independently.
* Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting regular sales targets.
