The role:
As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support ongoing coaching and development of your team, own your shifts to drive performance, and ensure excellent service.
We are looking for someone who:
* Is passionate about supporting their team and maintaining high standards
* Is ready to run shifts, plan staffing, and coach on the go
* Has an understanding of managing labor, rotas, and is eager to learn about financial performance
