Job Purpose Join the award-winning BBC World Service Audiences team to shape digital research that informs global journalism. As a Digital Audience Research Executive, you’ll play a key role in delivering insights that guide editorial and strategic decisions. Work on award-winning projects and collaborate across departments to deliver impactful audience insights. Your Key Responsibilities And Impact Contribute to digital research projects through audience data analysis and insight generation. Analyse performance data across web and social platforms to inform content and service development. Design and maintain dashboards for regular performance reporting. Present audience insights in a compelling and engaging manner. Support qualitative and quantitative research projects and stakeholder engagement. Essential Criteria YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Experience with web analytics tools like Piano Analytics and Google Analytics. Experience with social analytics tools such as Emplifi and YouTube Analytics. Strong numeracy and attention to detail with numerical data. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data manipulation and visualization. Ability to simplify complex problems and communicate insights effectively. Desired But Not Required Knowledge of media analytics and industry standards across channels. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Experience in international research or analytics beyond UK/US audiences.
