Responsibilities:
* Looked After Children caseload
* Complete all Looked After Children statutory requirements
* Complete single assessments and ensure that care plans are completed and young people's needs are met
* Manage a complex caseload and engage in direct work with children, young people, parents, carers and multi-agency partners
* Deliver holistic packages of care and support for children in care are provided
To be considered for the Social Worker role you must have:
* 1-3 years' experience of working within children's social work
* A Diploma/Degree in Social Work
* Registration with Social Work England
* Evidence of working with a complex caseload within a 'Looked After Children' team or similar
