You will play a key role in supporting legal, regulatory, and compliance activities across the business, ensuring strong governance, managing risk, and maintaining compliance across international operations. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, this position offers a broad and varied workload. Key Responsibilities Contract Management Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including supplier, distribution, confidentiality, licensing, and consultancy contracts Manage the full contract lifecycle and maintain accurate records Support commercial teams with negotiations and risk assessment Compliance & Regulatory Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including data protection (GDPR), export controls, and corporate governance requirements Develop and implement internal compliance policies and procedures Conduct risk assessments, audits, and compliance monitoring Deliver training and guidance to employees Legal Risk & Advisory Provide practical, business-focused legal advice across the organisation Identify and mitigate legal and compliance risks Support dispute resolution and litigation where required Promote a culture of ethical conduct and compliance HR & Employment Law Advise on employment law matters including contracts, policies, and employee relations issues Support disciplinary and grievance processes Ensure HR practices remain legally compliant Intellectual Property Assist in managing and protecting intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, and trade secrets Liaise with external advisors on filings and IP strategy External Counsel Manage relationships with external legal advisors Coordinate legal support and ensure cost-effective use of services About You Essential 5 years' experience in commercial law, compliance, or regulatory environments Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
