Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the full bid lifecycle across multiple frameworks and tenders Interpret tender documentation to identify key risks, requirements, and win themes Coordinate subject matter experts across commercial, operational, legal, and finance teams Ensure all submissions meet brand, governance, and compliance standards Write and edit persuasive, value-driven bid content Maintain CRM systems, track pipeline performance, and monitor tender portals Support negotiation and handover of successful bids to delivery teams Lead post-bid reviews and capture lessons learned to enhance future submissions Develop marketing collateral, case studies, and bid library materials About You Proven experience managing bids or tenders, ideally within energy, utilities, infrastructure, or technical services Strong commercial and contractual awareness Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Confident project manager able to coordinate multiple stakeholders Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) Degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or related field (preferred) If youre an experienced Bid Manager looking to grow with a business thats driving sustainability and innovation in the UK energy sector, wed love to hear from you.
