We’re pleased to be exclusively recruiting a Financial Controller for our client based in Southeast Essex.
As Financial Controller you will manage the financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cashflow, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and analyse a range of reporting from management accounts to financial statements
* Manage budgets and forecasting with the relevant variance analysis
* Monitor and manager cashflow
* Contributing to the company's financial strategy, including risk management and reducing costs
* Develop and support the other finance team members
* Improve all internal controls, processes and procedures
Requirements:
* Full qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
* Current experience as a Finance Manager or Financial Controller
* Effective communicator with the ability to deal at all levels
* Strong analytical skills
* Able to be hands on and versatile to your workload
