With +9500 active customers and counting, we look to continue our growth by appointing the right professionals to assist in taking us to the next level.
We’re currently recruiting for a Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing Department to help support the Marketing Manager in fulfilling the various Marketing strategies and tasks. Main Responsibilities include:
* Work under the direction of the digital marketing manager to help reach the company’s marketing objectives and goals.
* In-line with the Marketing Schedule, create, prepare, edit, and print (where applicable) promotional offers, always ensuring accuracy, and participate in the design and creative process.
* Maintenance of social media accounts for the RECA brand, products, and services / Creation, editing and preparation of our product catalogue for utilisation on the RECA-UK website.
* Creation, editing and preparation of product brochures, internal and external newsletters.
* Respond to request from the Sales Team for marketing materials, including the distribution of promotional and sample items.
* Preparation of Excel data, upload to Mailchimp, monitor, cleanse and refine against E-mail campaign requirements, including the creation of E-mail campaign templates.
* Analyse and optimise E-mail campaigns.
* Creation of images for social media channels, occasional support with writing and posting, ensuring best practice and latest trends.
* Assist with Paid advertising campaigns.
* Updating Website (WordPress), ensuring best practice and SEO principles.
* Assist with SEO and SEM campaigns / Assist with SEA (Search Engine Advertising).
* Oversight and maintenance of the RECA-UK E-shop, to enhance sales performance and user experience.
* Product video filming and editing (Adobe Premier Rush)
* Assist with events, like training courses or conferences, when required.
Your experience & skills to include:
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
* Knowledge and understanding of search engine optimisation.
* Knowledge across all social media platforms.
* Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
* Knowledge of HTML/CSS, content management systems and web development.
* Previous marketing experience / working in an office environment.
* A positive attitude and Enthusiasm – flexibility and willingness to learn new skills.
* Good attention to detail.
* Organised - time management & prioritisation abilities.
