Job DescriptionI'm working with a well-established civil engineering consultancy that has recently opened a new office in Kettering. They’re looking to grow their Civils team with the addition of a Civil Engineer to support their expanding portfolio of projects both locally and nationally.Their work includes multi-storey residential blocks, housing developments, schools, and commercial schemes, ranging from small bespoke jobs to large multi-million-pound projects.Role Overview:You’ll be joining a close-knit civils team of Engineers, Seniors, and Technicians, with responsibilities including:Supporting the design of roads, drainage, earthworks, and infrastructure from concept through to detailed designProducing calculations, models, drawings, and technical reports using recognised softwareLiaising with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholdersAssisting with site visits, surveys, and project deliveryEnsuring all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and health and safety regulationsParticipating in client meetings and contributing technical expertiseSupporting continuous improvement and learning within the teamSoftware Exposure:AutoCAD (incl.
