As our Non-Domestic Project Support Officer, you will be an active member of a team responsible for initiating and supporting 'non-domestic retrofit programmes': 'non-domestic energy assessment and management services': 'Net zero consultancy'. Severn Wye is looking for a dynamic and talented Project Support Officer who would relish the opportunity to work within an energetic team supporting the delivery of programmes, projects, and services across Wales. You will work closely with our Energy Services Team for Wales to ensure projects are successfully delivered to a high standard. As Project Support officer, you will be responsible for administration, organisation, and exceptional customer support to enable the operational delivery of our programmes. This role will include: – Supporting customers, ensuring the smooth operation of projects and the customers' journey through it, including some diary management / making bookings. – Taking responsibility for the energy audit process, including liaison between the client and the external and internal energy auditor resource. – Preparation of invoices and claims – Marketing and events support. – Keeping accurate, organised, and efficient records. – Collating and reporting on project data as required. – Support senior colleagues in preparation at meetings at all levels and in all sectors, including note taking, energy plan discussion report writing and carrying out other supporting roles as required. – Supporting the Project Manager(s) with quarterly reporting on targets and scheme delivery. – Taking a pro-active approach to developing and delivering the service. – Following all organisational policies and procedures. – Carrying out any other duties that may reasonably be required. – Training and personal development on project management and implementing lean process
