About the Role: Are you looking for a new challenge in 2026? We’re seeking a driven and commercially minded Key Account Manager to join our client’s dynamic team, playing a pivotal role in strengthening customer partnerships and driving new growth across the Home Counties. In this hybrid position, you’ll take ownership of developing and nurturing long-term client relationships, identifying and converting new commercial opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that add value. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll split your time between the office and the field to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced sales or account management professional who excels at building trust, influencing key stakeholders, and the chance to make a meaningful impact within a respected, industry-leading organisation.
Responsibilities:
* To develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, to serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and concerns, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
* To collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives, creating tailored solutions to drive mutual success.
* To identify new commercial opportunities to drive business growth.
* To collaborate with the wider business, to ensure a smooth supply chain and delivery of products, ensuring customer needs and issues are met and resolved quickly and efficiently.
* To track key performance indicators, report, and evaluate the client's relationship and status.
Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in a Key Account Management, or Sales Management role.
Required Skills:
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent organisation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
* A relationship builder who can foster and develop relationships easily.
* Motivated and driven, able to manage your own diary.
* An understanding of the agriculture and/or land-based sectors.
* The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes.
* A professional and positive mindset, with excellent customer service skills.
* Proficient in IT skills.
* UK driving licence and the willingness to travel.
