The Role You will play a key leadership role across the full software development lifecycle, guiding ta team of 5 Software Engineers in the delivery of robust, high-quality software products. You will combine hands-on technical expertise with strong people leadership, mentoring engineers while driving best-in-class Agile and DevOps practices. This is a hybrid working role - 2 days in office. (You choose the days you work in office.) Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor software engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions Manage the full software development lifecycle from design through to delivery and support Build and continuously improve Agile and DevOps ways of working Align technical architecture and delivery with wider business strategy Design scalable, secure, and maintainable systems based on business requirements Oversee system integrations across a complex enterprise architecture Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to solve complex challenges Essential Criteria Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent Minimum 3 years' commercial experience in software development and engineering leadership Experience with .Net mainly (Javascript desirbale) Hands-on experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS and/or Azure Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs Experience using tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, or similar Proven ability to mentor, motivate, and develop software engineers Benefits?
