Project Manager Required
Pay: 55,000 per annum + Package
Location: Solihull
One of our established clients are currently looking for a project manager to join the growing business based in Solihull.
About the business:
A principal contractor on projects up to 10m in value for a growing number of logistics & Industrial occupiers, investors, and developers. Specialising in large scale full fit out, FM, FFE and refurbishment projects.
The right person will have experience on the following:
* Manage fit-out projects from tender stage through to completion
* Prepare and review tender submissions and project estimates
* Analyse drawings, specifications, and client requirements
* Attend client meetings and present project proposals
* Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing and procurement
* Develop project programmes, budgets, and cost plans
* Monitor project costs, variations, and commercial performance
* Liaise with design teams, site managers, and consultants
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
* Negotiate contracts and manage client expectations
* Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
* Prepare progress reports and update stakeholders regularly
* Support business development and maintain client relationships
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures
