Customer Success Lead Greater Manchester (Hybrid working - 2 days office) £50k - £55k base, 10% bonus, share options, flexible benefits package *PLEASE READ JOB ADVERT BEFORE APPLYING* Opportunity to lead a Customer Success team for a Manchester based Software (SaaS) business in the HRTech space. They launched an industry leading platform 5 years ago and have over 2000 customers including many Enterprise brands, Having doubled in size in 2024, they are now looking for an experienced Customer Success Lead to manage a team of 3 and take reponsibility for their top 30 customers. You will be responsible for setting the business's customer success strategy including onboarding, adoption, retention and growth processes. The role includes the leadership of a small team including Support and SMB accounts. You will be delivering mentorship and training to this team. The role will involve plenty of customer facing work, helping with adoption and revenue growth with some of their enterprise customers. You will be adept in account management, 'C' level selling, project management, delivery and reporting. An award winning business, praised for the quality of their software applications, you will be at the forefront of their customer care, part of the Senior Management Team and will receive share options from day 1 (vesting period of 3 years). To be considered for this position, we are looking for the following: ESSENTIAL - 3 years in Customer Success, will be for a SaaS, Technology, HRTech or RecTech business. - At least 1 year of managing a small team in a Customer Success setting - Based in Greater Manchester / North Derbyshire / East Cheshire, comfortable with Hybrid working
